Shabby Chic Decorating- New Color Combos


I found this great piece while I was shopping for new things for a client...



Isn't it gorgeous, I love the color and the design is fabulous. This color is popping up every where and the more I see it the more I want to use it with my chic whites. It is also very popular along with this color combo...



Quite a few of my clients are asking for designs and redesigns that use this combo. A very contemporary combination but look at this quartet of wall art and wouldn't it look wonderful mixed in with chic style furnishings in pale blues. I am thinking of carrying this wall art at the Cottage just so I can see it up close. What do you think? Just a trend or something you could live with?
