Now let's talk about Design star ... who didn't hear the clients say we love red, we are not afraid of color and we definitely want a back splash with color...

I am finding it hard to believe that these finalists make money designing. Although the kitchen is something I would love, even I would need some color somewhere. And why do they always pick tile when they don't have time. They could have used ceiling tins cut down and painted red, I think they even have decorative metal back splashes now or even just painted it red or maybe even have given them red cabinets. I can think of a dozen things I could have done in 24 hours. None of them stepped up this episode and it really didn't require the attention of all 4 of them to watch a wedding ring being removed. On a personal note... it never takes me seven hours to spend that much money for a design job. I usually know what the room is going to look like before I go shopping, I am not even sure they looked at the rest of their clients home for some inspiration... what did you think about this episode?
