I have been in the business world for most of my life and I have to tell you that when I decided I wanted to have a shop on the internet 5 years ago there wasn't a whole lot of help available for those without computer experience, without having to pay large amounts for it and even then the info was only partial and some was withheld so you would keep paying someone else to be in charge of your business. Being the control freak I am that was not acceptable at all, so I was thrilled to find a place where women that had been through it and women who were just starting out shared information, networked and those with technical knowledge shared with the newbies. I can also tell you that in the business world in general women do not help other women to get ahead, if they did, women would be running the world, that is what makes this organization so wonderful.
