Shabby Chic Bedrooms
I am loving my new shabby chic and things are progressing slowly but progressing none the less with my home's redesign. I am taking pictures but we are jumping around on projects as money allows so when all the pieces are together I will post the pics and share all of my before and afters.

This room is a cross over, it has the cottage feel but if you got rid of the paneling on the wall and painted the walls white and kept everything else the same the room would become a more modern version of the other chic style. I know from your emails that some of you are not the chippy paint, knick knack type and you can still have the look without all the clutter and mess.
TIP... if you aren't happy with your headboards and footboards, slipcover them. You can have them custom made for you, sew them yourself or get a friend or relative that loves to sew do it for you.

I agree with Rhonda! Here I want to share a little happiness of mine with you all. On thanks giving my husband gifted me with a silk bed sheet set, one that I have been wanting from long time.

I was surprised and overjoyed to see it. Silk sheets are very very cozy to sleep on and have many other benefits too. That you guys can google :)
